“The UTV tour was great, Tony &June were great Tour Guides, but Viator knew months ago the Cliff Diving and Pool Cave was closed and never said anything until we had already left for the Tour. That was the part of the Tour we wanted to do the most. The beach they substituted for was terrible, you couldn’t swim, it was so rough, and dangerous. Viator needs to inform their customers and change the title of their excursion. Very misleading.”
