Other than that the excursion itself was amazing. We really enjoyed the buggy, the horseback riding, the beach, the cave and the cigar, coco and coffee presentation. Hands down one of the best experiences I had.”

“We had a great time on the ATVs and Horses. I do recommend that Viator update their description to include the extra charges so people aren’t surprised to pay more fees when they arrive. They charge for the entry fee (which is stated in description) but they ALSO charge you $35 fee pp for riding ATVs or give you the option to do a $500 temporary hold on a Credit Card in case of any damages to the vehicle.”

We didn’t leave until about 5:30 when all the tours were done and we were the last people to leave because someone was going back to our hotel we had too wait 2 hours for 3 people when I offered to take a taxi. THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT MAKING THEIR MONEY…”

“The staff was very friendly however the configuration was very disorganized. Like 4 bands (groups) showed up at one time and it took forever just to do one of the activities. There was one person checking in EVERYBODY while 2 ladies checked the rosters. My band got separated and my buddy and I ended up with a much larger group and at that point (2 hours later) I was so frustrated I didn’t want to do anything else. The food was tasty. The gift shop had a lot of nice handmade trinkets. I wish I could have given a higher rating but I was not impressed with this excursion.”
