After the Skywalk our guide took us up the road further to the highest point for a peak at the view below,, the clouds rolled in a blocked the view but a nice informative walk. Upon return to our vehicle we were served a nice lunch, which included cheese, homemade bread, prosciutto and homemade wine by the guide’s family. “This tour was amazing it is on top of the mountains so be sure to get a taxi or small shuttle bus. Coming from the cruise vessel it was a little far but ask any taxi driver to take you. Big cars can’t go up the mountains because it is dangerous. The guide was amazing and since we got there earlier me and my husband were the only ones which was nice to take it in like a private tour. Guide turned back to show us some non-descript outpost that was a guard tower during Ottoman empire. Guide gets mad very easily. Overall not worth the money or time. SKIP THIS ONE.”

“Overall it was good. Unfortunately it was not a nice day, the guide couldn't help that. My only critique is they should have a contigency in place in case of inclimate weather. It was very windy, cold and a little rainy. At the stop with the lighthouse, the guide said no use in walking around the point to see the lighthouse but I wish he would have given us that opportunity as it was something to see and do rather than sit at the restaurant. “Very relaxing ride in the mountains of Croatia to see things you wouldn’t get to see on your own. We had a lovely stop at an olive oil tasting where the owner prepared delicious homemade cookies and allowed us to sample her homemade brandy. Our guide was a local man who was very knowledgeable about everything and showed us a great time with many picture opportunities. The end was a great lunch with wine. Highly recommend the buggy if you just want a leisurely ride with many exciting sights and local foods.”
