The shop people gave no confirmation we were in right place. NO viator rep was there to greet us no cactus person no one was there. No sign no flag no nothing !!!!! Several buses and vans and taxis in same spot in front of “caboland store with no communication to guest waiting trying to figure out which transportation to even get on soooo poorly at the meeting place.”

They sucker you in with reasonable Atv prices then tell you when you get there there’s no insurance and they’ll put a $1000 hold on your card unless you buy insurance. They pressure you to buy medical. And then inform you you have the most basic Atv (non automatic). It was $360 for our group to upgrade to a private tour that included property damage insurance and automatics. But wait! When we got out there they gave us the non automatic and it was a big delay and hooha to get it fixed. They said sorry it was a misunderstanding smh.…”
