“The cactus tours of utv and camel ride facility and area was beautiful and efficient, very impressive. What was not so good was the spot viator told us to wait at which was “Caboland “ store. The shop people gave no confirmation we were in right place. NO viator rep was there to greet us no cactus person no one was there. No sign no flag no nothing !!!!! Several buses and vans and taxis in same spot in front of “caboland store with no communication to guest waiting trying to figure out which transportation to even get on soooo poorly at the meeting place.”

I also got stuck in the sand on my ATV and he did not realize that I was stuck for 15-20 mins so I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I think the company…”

Terrain was fun and challenging. Definitely one of the best ATV tours we’ve done. Bring your own buff but they also sell them there if you forget . Super fun tour !”

“Enjoyed the tour however very misleading. We paid for the excursion prior to the service. When we got there the lady at the desk wanted to charged $95 extra for a private tour or $50 with the group. This isn't listed when booking. Again the tour was great but if you plan to go with this company be prepared to spend money when you get there as well.”
