“It was truly a private tour which was really great! We enjoyed seeing Jade Caverns (didn’t swim due to the bat poop that you would expect in the water). We opted not to go to the beach as we were running out of time. We also did the tequila tasting before lunch which we didn’t like. It was going on 2:30 at this point. We enjoyed the ATV ride, the course and going through the “jungle” was a ton of fun! Carlos Ceballos was our guide and he was great!”

Beach club was nice, beautiful water. Could have spent a few more hours there. Wasn’t thrilled that we had to pay another $15 per person to get into El Cedral and it obviously went straight to the tour company. They should have included that in the price of the package. Also….no drinks included with lunch. Otherwise, it was a fun day.”

“My review is for the booking agency and NOT the actual tour. After having a morning dive trip cancelled due to the harbor closure for day, we booked and were confirmed on this tour. However when we arrived at pickup location there was nobody there. After I messaged the booking agency they discovered that despite our correctly confirmed time, they had actually booked us on a later trip. I was willing to move our time but it would have required us to take an additional cab ride, as well as trying to find a new reservation for dinner (on New Year's Eve) so I requested a discount.
