Cozumel ATV, snorkeling, tequila tasting, beach club, and lunch tour review with honest advice on value, safety, timing, and sea conditions.

“Was picked up from just outside our hotel and taken to the site. Rode 4 wheelers, then had some of tastiest tacos, chocolate and then learned how tequila is made. Had some wonderful tequila all of this led by a wonderful tour guide. Went to Coco Beach which unfortunately had lots of seaweed or something near the entrance so we were not able to go into ocean. Had a wonderful tasty lunch and were returned to our hotel. Everyone was so incredibly amazing and such an amazing experience!”

Review of Cozumel’s private Jeep, Jade Cavern, Punta Sur, and ATV tour, with honest advice on timing, safety, value, and who should book.

“It was truly a private tour which was really great! We enjoyed seeing Jade Caverns (didn’t swim due to the bat poop that you would expect in the water). We opted not to go to the beach as we were running out of time. We also did the tequila tasting before lunch which we didn’t like. It was going on 2:30 at this point. We enjoyed the ATV ride, the course and going through the “jungle” was a ton of fun! Carlos Ceballos was our guide and he was great!”

4.Private Jeep or Buggy Tour Snorkeling Maya Park and Tacos

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 40 reviews · 4 to 5 hours (approx.) · from $79Best value

Review of Cozumel’s private Jeep or buggy tour with Mayan culture, reef snorkeling, tacos, tequila tastings, and beach time.

“We had aeonderf day with Isaac, who is charming, flexible and knowledgable. We went “off-script” to see more local culture. Delicious breakfast at a locals’ favorite in a garden setting, and a drive through town. Then it was a fire dance, the best tequila I’ve ever had, honey and wine tastings, with cochinita pibil tacos. Off across the island a drive down a gorgeous beach to a stand called Welcome to Miami for the best mojito. We don’t snorkel but had plenty to do!”
